What a way to start off the new year.

Great training and instruction as well as many old and new faces.

Great training on the beach also, this definitely helps one connect with ones' self.

Train the Trainer with Keith's wife Krisanna, worked very well, giving much needed instruction and in site into the business side and presentation. Again small groups format was utilized and worked very well.

We practiced the Infinite Nine, 4 Minute Fitness and also the new Easy Tai Chi Core movements. Advanced students lead small groups in development of basic techniques as outlined by Keith. Lots of practice and lots of fun and many new friends with smiling faces.
