Keith had a vision and it worked very well, 4 1/2 days of great instruction and sharing of ideas. Breaking up into small groups worked very well and helped everyone advance at a much faster pace, while giving Keith the opportunity to asses our teaching and performance.

Train the Trainer with Keith's wife Krisanna, worked very well, giving much needed instruction and in site into the business side and presentation. Again small groups format was utilized and worked very well.

We practiced the Infinite Nine, 4 Minute Fitness and also the new Easy Tai Chi Core movements. Advanced students lead small groups in development of basic techniques as outlined by Keith. Lots of practice and lots of fun and many new friends with smiling faces.
